MDIMC 2025 is hosted by the Academy of Music at Macau University of Science and Technology. Under the theme “Sound · Creativity · Crossovers”, the competition is now open globally to all music and sound art creators.

This is Macau's first professional event dedicated to the integration of music and technology. Participants are encouraged to incorporate local heritage and cultural landscapes into their work, highlighting regional identity. Selected works may become valuable audiovisual assets representing Macau’s cultural scene.
